Night Shift RN or LPN-IV Certified. Part Time (0.6 FTE).
Must be licensed in the state of Kansas. 12-hour shifts (6pm-6am) with every third weekend and holiday rotation. Required to participate in the nursing on-call schedule.
Business Office Clerk. Full Time. (0.94).
High school diploma or equivalent required. Business or Accounting degree preferred. Some duties include assisting in the precertification process, responsible for Financial Assistance Applications, responsible for working with insurance companies on the collection process to include reviewing and posting remittance advice and working through denials, and assist in all credentialing processes. This position acts as backup to all Admissions Representatives and participates in a Saturday rotation.
Information Technology. PRN.
Ability to troubleshoot network, software, and hardware issues and make necessary changes to servers. This position participates in every third weekend call rotation and fill in as necessary.
HIM Coordinator. Full Time. (1.0 FTE)
Associate’s Degree in Business or healthcare field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. CCS preferred. Evidence of advanced education in medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology obtained through specific courses is desired and a working knowledge of coding is required. Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification required or must be willing to complete RHIT certification within 3 years from date of hire into position. This position also acts as the HIPAA Privacy Officer.
Respiratory Therapist. Full Time. (0.95 FTE)
Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited respiratory program. Current Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Kansas. 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy preferred. Current BLS/CPR and ACLS within six months. The Respiratory Therapist coordinates and plans all activities for this department.
VP Clinic Operations. Full Time. Exempt.
Bachelor’s degree required. Management experience; 1 year required, 3 years preferred. Nursing license or other equivalent experience preferred. Serves as the administrative executive for the DH Clinic and for assigned clinic functions. Primary functions of this role are: Working directly with administration to recruit, assimilate, orient, train, educate and integrate Providers and other Clinic staff, work collaboratively with Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Revenue Cycle and other departments and functions in leading daily operational efforts in the family practice & specialty clinics, participate in the establishment of Financial, operational, clinical and other goals for the Clinics and implement efforts to meet goals and improve performance in these areas, help establish effective means of communicating with all Clinic Providers and Co-Workers, oversee the implementation of the Clinics philosophy, goals, and objectives, establish standards for provider & clinic nursing competency, represent areas of responsibility in the strategic planning process, ensure efficient processes to advance Clinic productivity, organization and efficiency and to advance quality of patient care and patient, provider and co-worker engagement, loyalty and satisfaction.
Plant Operations. Full Time (0.9 FTE).
Main duties include upkeep of physical plant and all work areas; monitoring, inspecting, repairing, testing, and maintaining building systems and equipment. This position is also responsible in assisting in outdoor grounds which includes snow removal and lawn mowing. This position participates in an on-call weekday, weekend, and holiday rotation.
Nurse Aide/ CNA Night Shift. Part Time (0.6 FTE).
Certification preferred but not required. Shifts are 6am-6pm. This position participates in a weekend and holiday rotation.
